Aventino Apartment

1. Reservation and Payment:
The reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit or full payment, depending on the selected payment policy.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.

2. Cancellation and Modifications:
- Standard Rate: Cancellation is free up to 7 days before the arrival date. If canceled after this period, the full amount of the stay will be charged. Modifications to the booking can be made without additional charges up to 7 days before the arrival date, subject to availability. After this period, modifications are not allowed.
- Non-Refundable Rate: Full payment for the stay is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation, modification, or no-show. In case of cancellation or modification, no refund will be issued, and the full amount of the stay will be retained.

3. Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. City Tax Contribution
In compliance with the regulations of the Municipality of Rome, guests are required to pay the City Tax.
For holiday rental accommodations, the amount is €6.00 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
The payment must be made on-site at check-in.
Children under 10 years old and other categories specified by current regulations are exempt from this tax.

5. Security Deposit:
A security deposit is required upon arrival, which will be refunded at the end of the stay, subject to the apartment’s condition.
The deposit amount varies depending on the apartment.

6. Responsibility and Behavior:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the apartment during their stay.
Please respect the rules of conduct and avoid disturbing other guests and residents of the neighborhood.

7. Smoking Policy:
The apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, if available.

8. Pets:
Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise specified for certain apartments.

9. Force Majeure Responsibility:
In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to modify or cancel the booking without any liability to the guest.
